TJGC Group Appoints Kalvin Kwok to Lead AI Hardware Expansion

TJGC Group Limited, a Hong Kong-based company that provides integrated marketing and advertising services, has appointed Kalvin Kwok as an executive director of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tongjiang Group Limited. The move comes as the company aims to capitalize on the growing global demand for AI hardware components.
Kwok, a veteran in the electronics manufacturing and factory operations industry with over three decades of experience, will lead Tongjiang’s strategic expansion into high-performance PC and data-center components. His appointment is part of an initiative to position Tongjiang to capture the increasing demand for memory modules and related hardware components, driven by the buildout of AI infrastructure.
According to Bin Guo, CEO of TJGC Group Limited, Kwok’s extensive experience and established networks across the electronics supply chain are crucial for Tongjiang’s success.
Kwok’s appointment is structured under an Appointment, Business Transformation, and Equity Incentive Agreement. Upon the signing of the Subsidiary’s first binding purchase order for the new business, the Company will transfer 49% of the issued share capital of the Subsidiary to Kwok. However, these shares will carry only the right to dividends and other distributions, with no voting rights. The Company retains full control over the operating subsidiary, including financial management and banking mandates.
The agreement also outlines that Kwok will contribute his customer resources, supplier relationships, and assembly channels to Tongjiang. This partnership is designed to ensure that incentives are fully aligned with delivery performance.
Tongjiang’s new business will focus on sourcing, trading, and assembling high-performance PC and data-center components, including DRAM, SSDs, CPUs, and integrated circuits. The company believes that this strategic move will position it to meet the increasing demand for AI computing and data-center infrastructure.
TJGC Group Limited, through its subsidiary Ctrl Media Limited, currently provides integrated marketing and advertising services in Hong Kong. The company’s services include advertising campaigns for mobile game developers, digital media, and physical media. With the appointment of Kwok, the company aims to expand its operations into the AI hardware components market, leveraging Kwok’s expertise and established networks.
