McNichol, Esq., as its new Executive Director, effective January 19, 2027. McNichol will take over from Bob Moore, who has been leading the organization for eight years and will retire from full-time association management to focus on an executive coaching and consulting practice.
McNichol, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of the American College of Osteopathic Internists (ACOI), brings extensive experience in advancing osteopathic medicine. He has over 20 years of leadership experience, covering organizational strategy, board governance, operations, finance, government relations, educational initiatives, membership growth, and strategic partnerships.
