Tickets are now on sale for "Jim Henson's Harmonious Hoopla," a special musical revue celebrating the legacy of beloved puppeteer Jim Henson. The event, presented by The Jim Henson Company and Heather Henson, will feature performances of iconic songs from Henson's most famous works, including Fraggle Rock, Labyrinth, and Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas. The performances are scheduled for two nights only: Thursday, September 24, 2026, and Friday, September 25, 2026, at 7:00 PM, as part of the Museum of Moving Image’s tribute to Henson's 90th birthday.
Performers Jordan Brownlee, Aymee Garcia, and Leslie Carrara-Rudolph will bring to life memorable songs from Henson's legacy. Each of the performers has a rich background in both television and stage productions. Brownlee, who has appeared in Slumberkins and Emmet Otter's Jug-Band Christmas, will be joined by Garcia, known for her roles in Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock and Wicked, and Carrara-Rudolph, who has experience in Muppets Tonight and Puppet Up!.
The show will feature a live band, puppetry from Jim Henson's Creature Shop, and a mix of familiar tunes and new surprises. Directed by John Tartaglia, with musical direction from Paul Rudolph, the production promises a joyful evening for fans of all ages.
