LAS VEGAS, Oct. 15, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Thrive Aviation, a leading private aviation company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, has unveiled its new fractional ownership fleet ahead of the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) 2026, which takes place from October 20 to 22 in Las Vegas. The event will feature two aircraft types: the HondaJet HA-420 and the Bombardier Challenger 3500, both painted in Thrive's distinctive livery. The new imagery offers a first look at the aircraft, showcasing the HondaJet HA-420 and Bombardier Challenger 3500 in a bold, custom paint scheme featuring striking accents.

Rickey Oswald, Chief Operating Officer of Thrive Aviation, expressed excitement about the upcoming display.

Thrive Aviation, founded in 2018, operates a growing fleet of more than 30 aircraft and has become one of the world's top 10 largest private jet operators. The company's new fractional ownership program is a strategic partnership with Arulean Air, a Honda Aircraft Company subsidiary, established in September 2026. This partnership aims to scale significantly over the coming decade, with Thrive operating and managing the program while Arulean Air acquires aircraft for the fractional fleet.

The new fractional ownership program is designed to match owners with the right aircraft for each mission. The HondaJet HA-420, known for its efficiency, technology, and performance, is ideal for regional travel. The Bombardier Challenger 3500, on the other hand, offers the cabin space and range required for longer trips with more passengers aboard. Both aircraft will be on static display at AC05, and Thrive's team will be available at Booth 4271 in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center for prospective owners to learn more.

Thrive anticipates adding approximately four to six HondaJet HA-420s and two to four Challenger 3500s annually as the fractional owner base and fleet continue to grow. The program is also designed to draw on Thrive's existing operating platform, providing additional flexibility as owners' travel needs evolve. Initially featuring two aircraft types, the program is designed to match owners with the right aircraft for each mission. The HondaJet HA-420 brings efficiency, technology, and performance to regional travel, while the Bombardier Challenger 3500 provides the cabin space and range required for longer trips with more passengers aboard.
