Third Lake Partners Completes ClearView Multifamily Community in St. Petersburg

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., Oct. 21, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Third Lake Partners has completed construction on ClearView, a 363-unit Class A multifamily community located within Echelon City Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. The development, which includes ground-floor retail space, marks a significant milestone in the ongoing transformation of Echelon City Center, a $1 billion mixed-use destination.

Developed in partnership with Echelon, a St. Petersburg-based developer, ClearView is part of a broader collaboration that includes the redevelopment of the former UPC office campus into a dynamic mixed-use community and the upcoming 3rd & 3rd, a high-rise multifamily development with ground-floor retail, set to open in the first quarter of 2027. The project contributes to the long-term growth and vibrancy of the Tampa Bay region.

ClearView offers luxury apartment living with features such as quartz countertops, soft-close cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling windows, oversized balconies, nine-foot ceilings, wine storage in select units, and expansive views of the surrounding area. The community includes a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, as well as three-bedroom townhomes with private garages.
