NEW YORK, October 5, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- ThinkEquity and Arqitech have signed an agreement to build a multi-asset platform under the ThinkEquity brand, aiming to bring tokenized assets, stocks, bonds, cryptocurrency, and prediction markets onto one system. This move comes as the market for tokenized securities is expected to reach $5.5 trillion by 2030, according to Citi's base-case projection.
ThinkEquity, a New York Stock Exchange and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member firm, has a team of experienced professionals with over a decade of collective experience. Over this period, the firm has helped clients achieve their strategic objectives by raising over $100 billion in capital through various financial services, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Arqitech, based in Boca Raton, Florida, builds the orchestration layer for independent broker-dealers, providing a white-labeled capital markets platform that allows firms to offer a wide range of financial products under their own brand. Arqitech does not take custody of client funds or securities and is not a broker-dealer.
The market shift towards tokenization and 24/7 trading is evident from Robinhood's 2026 user summit, where the company highlighted the expansion of its services to include perpetual futures, a prediction-markets hub, and agents for research and trading outside market hours. Robinhood's tokenized stock exposure is now live in more than 120 countries.
He noted that tokenization has the potential to settle transactions instantly and broaden the set of investable assets. BlackRock has already tokenized its model portfolios through a partnership with Ondo Finance, and the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is tokenizing U.S. Treasuries on the Canton Network.
ThinkEquity runs multiple trading desks with a focus on high-touch service and speed. The firm provides services for initial public offerings, up-listings, cross-listings, follow-on offerings, corporates, and treasuries at the point of sale. The goal is to improve the markets they work in by offering a comprehensive suite of services, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, confidentially marketed public offerings (CMPOs), registered directs (RDs), at-the-market offerings (ATMs), debt placements, and acquisition financings.
The partnership between ThinkEquity and Arqitech is seen as a strategic move to stay ahead of the market's evolving needs. As the financial landscape continues to shift towards tokenization and 24/7 trading, firms like ThinkEquity and Arqitech are positioning themselves to meet the demands of their clients in a rapidly changing market.
