(NASDAQ: SGC), has bolstered its executive leadership team with the appointments of Mark Lyndsell and Troy Sanders. These additions are expected to drive the company's next phase of global growth.
Lyndsell, who brings over three decades of experience in global operations, will serve as Executive Vice President of Global Operations. His most recent role was as Senior Vice President, Delivery, Americas at TTEC, where he managed a multi-country delivery organization generating approximately $850 million in annual revenue. In his new position, Lyndsell will focus on operational excellence and the advancement of The Office Gurus' Experience Process Outsourcing (EPO) delivery model.
Troy Sanders, with more than three decades of BPO and contact center sales leadership experience, will take on the role of Vice President of Business Development. His background includes new business development for organizations such as iQor and Startek. As VP of Business Development, Sanders will concentrate on expanding The Office Gurus' new-client pipeline, leveraging his relationship-based sales approach to strengthen client relationships.
