The AI Consulting Network Expands Open-Source Library to 90 AI Skills for Commercial Real Estate

New York, NY, Sept. 18, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- The AI Consulting Network, an AI consulting firm for commercial real estate, has expanded its open-source library, CRE Agent Skills, to include 90 AI agent skills. This expansion, which was first published in March 2026 with a focus on multifamily acquisitions, now covers the full commercial real estate deal and ownership cycle. The library, available on GitHub under the Apache 2.0 license, is free to use and is designed to help commercial real estate operators with their day-to-day analytical work.

Each skill in the library is a standalone file that integrates seamlessly with the AI tools already used by CRE teams, such as Claude Code, Claude Co-work, Claude Projects, Gemini, Grok, ChatGPT, Codex, and Cursor. These tools require no API keys, no installation, and no dependencies, making them accessible and user-friendly for professionals in the field.

Avi Hacker, J.D., the founder of The AI Consulting Network, explained the rationale behind the expansion: "Most CRE operators do not need another AI platform. They need one sharp tool for the task at hand. So I took my own multi-agent acquisition system apart and gave it away. The goal is for this to become the most useful AI resource in commercial real estate, and for operators to own their workflows instead of renting them."

The library now spans nine commercial real estate packs, including multifamily acquisitions, industrial, brokerage investment sales, asset management, office, capital markets, retail, lender and credit, and development and construction. Representative skills include rent roll analysis, lease abstract review, lease-by-lease underwriting, market and comparable studies, debt sizing and refinance gap analysis, sponsor and guarantor review, construction draw review, covenant monitoring, and investment committee memo drafting.

Alongside the 90 skills, the library ships with 35 knowledge bases that include cited benchmarks, 93 companion research notes, and 14 Claude Code plugins that can install an entire sector pack with a single command. A validation suite runs on every change to ensure the repository can continue to grow without silent drift.

Originally decomposed from the firm’s open-source CRE Acquisition Orchestrator, a 31-skill multi-agent system that runs due diligence, underwriting, financing, legal review, and closing as one pipeline, the standalone library is designed for teams that want to start with a single task rather than adopt a full system.
