Terra Clean Energy Corp Begins Construction at Marysvale Uranium Mines Project

Terra Clean Energy Corp has initiated field operations at its 100%-owned Marysvale Uranium Mines Project in Utah, marking a significant step in the company’s exploration efforts. The Vancouver-based firm has engaged Rollins Construction & Trucking to construct five drill pads and excavate seven exploration trenches, with mobilization and site work set to begin on September 21, 2026.
The construction of the drill pads and trenches is part of a broader program aimed at exposing uranium-bearing outcrops for detailed geological mapping, radiometric surveying, and systematic sampling. This data will be integrated with the company’s historical database, three-dimensional geological model, and recently completed airborne radiometric and photogrammetric surveys to further refine priority drill targets.
Greg Cameron, Chief Executive Officer of Terra Clean Energy Corp, expressed optimism about the upcoming activities. “With the contractor now engaged and a September 21 start date established, we are moving from planning and permitting into active field operations at Marysvale. The five drill pads and seven trenches will give our geological team direct access to the priority areas identified through our historical data compilation, 3D modeling, and airborne surveys. This work is an important step toward drilling and evaluating the broader potential of the Marysvale Uranium Mines Project.”
The project area includes the construction of five drill pads and the excavation of seven trenches, each labeled Trenches 1-6 and 8 on the proposed field work layout. The project also involves the preparation of access routes necessary to safely support field crews and equipment. The work will support Terra’s planned diamond core drilling program, aimed at testing priority targets associated with the historic Prospector and Freedom mine areas and their extensions.
According to C. Trevor Perkins, the company’s Vice President of Exploration and a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, the information collected from the trenches will be integrated with the company’s existing data to further refine exploration targets. “The trenching program is designed to provide critical data that will help us better understand the geology and potential of the Marysvale Uranium Mines Project,” Perkins stated.
