Tenzai Integrates with Palo Alto Networks to Validate Security Exposures

Tenzai, the AI-native offensive security company, has integrated its platform with Palo Alto Networks Cortex Exposure Management. This integration aims to help enterprises validate which security exposures are truly exploitable, thereby improving their security posture.

The growing complexity of the enterprise attack surface has made it increasingly difficult for security teams to keep up with the rapid accumulation of exposures. Many of these exposures are not actually exploitable, and determining which ones require in-depth testing often depends on scarce human expertise. As a result, security teams either remediate every finding regardless of real risk or leave potentially critical exposures unverified. Adversaries, on the other hand, are using advanced AI models to probe exposed systems and chain vulnerabilities at machine speed, while defenders are struggling to keep up with manual validation.

The integration between Tenzai and Palo Alto Networks Cortex Exposure Management addresses this gap. Cortex Exposure Management continuously discovers and prioritizes exposures across the external attack surface. Tenzai's autonomous offensive agents then automatically attempt real-world exploitation of newly surfaced risks, turning potential risk into verified attack paths in minutes rather than days. The results of these tests are written directly back into the corresponding Cortex issue, providing detailed assessment and impact notes, step-by-step reproduction, and precise remediation guidance.

For security teams, this integration offers several benefits. They can validate exploitability natively within the Cortex workflow, either automatically or on demand. This means they can act on proven risk instead of manually triaging which findings matter. Additionally, security teams can troubleshoot every confirmed exposure as it arrives, with the exploitation evidence, attack-path context, and remediation guidance needed to fix the most critical issues before adversaries can exploit them.
