Tenet Fintech Signs Framework Agreement with Bin Zayed Investment

Tenet Fintech Group Inc., an innovative analytics service provider and owner of the Cubeler Business Hub, has signed a framework agreement with Bin Zayed Investment (Ningbo) Co., a subsidiary of the Bin Zayed Group of Companies (BZG). The agreement aims to leverage the Cubeler Platform to identify, analyze, and evaluate private equity investment opportunities, initially in Asia and eventually in other regions where BZG is active, including the Middle East.

BZG, founded in 1988 by H.H. Sheikh Khaled Zayed Saquer Zayed Alnahyan, is a global conglomerate headquartered in Dubai. The company has diversified business interests in construction and real estate development, manufacturing, technology, financial services, and oil and gas exploration. The collaboration between Tenet and BZI is expected to expand Tenet’s service offerings in the Middle East in 2027.

According to the terms of the framework agreement, the Cubeler Platform will be used to screen and analyze potential investment projects. BZI will provide the capital, investment structure, and proposed exit strategy for each selected project. The decision to proceed with a project will rest solely with BZI, and the split of the investment returns between the two parties will be mutually agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

The agreement is for a term of six months, during which Tenet and BZI plan to establish a cooperation mechanism covering project screening, data analysis, investment due diligence, risk assessment, and post-investment management. This approach is expected to lead to a formal long-term agreement between the parties.

In related news, Tenet Fintech Group Inc. has also launched its BKeeper Portal, a white-label platform that allows accountants and bookkeepers to provide their small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients with value-added services such as forecasts, benchmarks, peer comparisons, and business valuations. Tenet plans to demonstrate the features of BKeeper at the 2026 edition of the Ignite Conference.
