IRVINE, Calif., Sept. 03, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Nightfood Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: NGTF), operating as TechForce Robotics, has announced significant advancements in its technology and strategic partnerships, expanding its commercial opportunities and strengthening its governance structure. These milestones underscore the company’s transition from a hospitality robotics provider to a broader AI-powered enterprise automation platform, serving sectors including pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and industrial operations.

In a recent shareholder update, the company detailed several key achievements:

- Advanced Manufacturing: TechForce Robotics entered into a strategic supply and development agreement with Taiwan-based Jiun Jiang Enterprise Co., Ltd. (JJ Enterprise). The partnership aims to explore up to 100,000 square feet of additional manufacturing capacity across Taiwan and the United States. TechForce had previously announced a nonbinding letter of intent to acquire a 51% controlling interest in JJ Enterprise through an all-stock transaction.

- Pharmaceutical Automation: TechForce progressed to Phase 2 of its joint development collaboration with Oncotelic Therapeutics, Inc. (OTCQB: OTLC). The company deployed its PUR-E autonomous support robot at SAPU Bio’s OEB-5 sterile injectable cGMP facility. PUR-E has joined LIM-E, which was instrumental in achieving the completed Phase 1 objectives focused on materials logistics and internal transport.

- Connected Robotic Operations: TechForce highlighted the development of its proprietary Robotic Connective Network and patent-pending technology. This initiative aims to facilitate the coordination of robotic fleets and connected devices across different systems, enhancing operational efficiency and integration.

- Industrial Deployment Opportunity: The company signed a letter of intent (LOI) with NBR Intelligence Pte. Ltd. to evaluate a multi-site factory automation program. The planning target involves up to 5,000 robotic systems, though the quantities, pricing, and timing are nonbinding preliminary estimates.

- Corporate Readiness: Nightfood Holdings established an independent board majority and formed three standing committees to meet applicable national securities exchange standards. The company also appointed Yury Pyatigorsky as chief financial officer and created a six-member Industry Advisory Board with expertise in business development, operations, sales, marketing, and organizational leadership.

The proposed acquisition of a controlling interest in JJ Enterprise remains subject to definitive agreements, due diligence, PCAOB-compliant audits, and other closing conditions. Similarly, the NBR quantities, pricing, and schedule are nonbinding and do not constitute purchase orders, backlog, contracted revenue, or guaranteed future revenue.

In a statement, Jimmy Chan, CEO of Nightfood Holdings, said, "These accomplishments reflect steady execution across technology, commercial development, and corporate readiness. We are expanding the markets we can serve, but our priorities remain practical: advance each program through clear milestones, convert opportunities into commercial results, and maintain the discipline required for our next stage as a public company."

TechForce Robotics continues to focus on advancing its commercial opportunities, pharmaceutical automation programs, and connected robotics technology while building a robust operational, financial, and governance foundation that could support a potential listing on a national securities exchange.
