SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 8, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Nearly 1,000 members of Teamsters Local 665 have overwhelmingly ratified a new four-year master contract that significantly improves wages, benefits, and workplace protections for parking attendants in San Francisco. The contract, which covers over 300 off-street parking locations operated by companies such as Reimagined Parking & IMCO, SP+, ABM Parking Services, LAZ Parking of California, Propark America, ACE Parking Management, Platinum Parking, Parking Concepts Inc., Douglas Parking, SPARK Servies, Civic Parking, 555 California Garage, and Pacific Park Management, marks a substantial step forward for the industry.

According to Tony Delorio, Secretary-Treasurer of Local 665, the new agreement is the richest master parking contract in the United States.

The contract includes a 17 percent wage increase over the life of the agreement, fully employer-paid health care, a 24 percent boost in pension contributions, and a 55 percent increase to 401(k) contributions. Additionally, the agreement adds a paid holiday, provides an additional sick day, and strengthens workplace protections. Arthur Hilmore, a 25-year member of Local 665 and a LAZ parking attendant, expressed his satisfaction with the outcome.

Teamsters Local 665 represents over 5,000 members throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, and the ratified contract is a significant victory for the union.

The new contract is expected to have a positive impact on the quality of life for parking attendants and their families, as well as on the overall stability of the union. With these improvements, Teamsters Local 665 aims to set a new standard for the parking industry in the region.
