T. Rowe Price, a leading global investment management firm, has introduced the T. Rowe Price Securitized Income ETF (Ticker: TSCZ) to its active ETF lineup, bringing the total number of funds to 35. The new ETF, which began trading on the NYSE Arca, aims to provide investors with enhanced income opportunities by diversifying beyond traditional government and corporate bonds.

The T. Rowe Price Securitized Income ETF is designed for investors looking to broaden their fixed income exposure through active management. Actively co-managed by Jean-Marc Breaux, CFA®, and Ramon de Castro, the ETF focuses on a diversified portfolio of U.S. securitized credit sectors, including asset-backed securities (ABS), commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), and non-agency residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS). The total expense ratio for TSCZ is 0.20%.

"Adding the T. Rowe Price Securitized Income ETF to our lineup strengthens our fixed income roster and offers investors access to differentiated solutions across asset classes," said Tim Coyne, Global Head of ETFs at T. Rowe Price. "This ETF leverages our deep research capabilities and provides a fully transparent structure for income potential, diversification, and active exposure to securitized credit sectors."

In addition to the new ETF, T. Rowe Price recently announced an agreement to acquire F/m Investments LLC, a fixed income asset manager and ETF specialist. At closing in early 2027, the acquisition is expected to increase T. Rowe Price's fixed income assets under management by nearly 9%, more than doubling its fixed income ETF assets under management and expanding its fixed income separately managed account (SMA) business. This move reflects the firm's ongoing commitment to expanding its fixed income ETF capabilities and broadening the range of solutions available to clients.

"T. Rowe Price is committed to offering a comprehensive suite of investment products that meet the evolving needs of our clients," noted Coyne. "With the addition of the Securitized Income ETF and the acquisition of F/m Investments, we are well-positioned to continue delivering robust and differentiated investment solutions."

As of July 31, 2026, T. Rowe Price managed $1.87 trillion in client assets, with approximately two-thirds of those assets related to retirement. Renowned for nearly 90 years of investment excellence, the firm is known for its retirement leadership and independent proprietary research. T. Rowe Price's culture is built on integrity and prioritizing client interests, empowering millions of investors worldwide to navigate evolving markets with confidence.
