Sysco Announces Pricing for $81 Per Share Offering

HOUSTON, Sept. 14, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Sysco Corporation has announced the pricing of a public offering of 12,345,679 shares of its common stock. The offering, priced at $81.00 per share, is expected to close on September 16, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

The company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $150 million of shares, solely to cover overallotments, if any, at the same price per share as the other shares purchased by the underwriters.

Sysco intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to finance a portion of the consideration for its pending acquisition of Jetro Restaurant Depot. The offering is not contingent on the consummation of the acquisition.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering. BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are also acting as book-running managers.
