Synergy Metals Corp., a Canadian mineral exploration company, has taken a significant step in expanding its global reach by successfully listing its common shares on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The shares began trading under the symbol "E49" on September 4, 2026, alongside its primary listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) under the symbol "SYN".

The dual listing, which does not involve the issuance of any new securities, is expected to broaden the company's shareholder base, particularly among European investors. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange, one of the world’s largest by turnover, provides retail and institutional investors across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the broader European Union with direct, euro-denominated access to Synergy Metals Corp.’s shares through their local brokerage accounts.

Michael Smith, Chief Executive Officer of Synergy Metals Corp., expressed satisfaction with the listing, stating, "Synergy's shares are now available to European investors through the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, in euros and during European trading hours. The listing does not involve issuing any new shares, so there is no dilution to existing shareholders."

The company's flagship asset, the Dale Property, covers approximately 1,980.5 hectares in Dale Township, Porcupine Mining Division, Ontario, and is part of the Swayze greenstone belt. The property, known for its historical mining potential, has seen limited modern exploration, with no drilling to date. Synergy Metals Corp. recently announced the commencement of its Phase 1 exploration program at the Dale Property, which is expected to provide initial insights into the property’s geological and mineral potential.

The Frankfurt listing is part of Synergy Metals Corp.'s broader strategy to build a technically strong portfolio of high-quality exploration assets in proven Canadian mining districts. The company remains focused on advancing its exploration programs and evaluating additional opportunities in the region.

As Synergy Metals Corp. continues its exploration efforts, the dual listing on the CSE and the FSE is anticipated to enhance the liquidity of its shares and support the company’s growth initiatives. The listing is intended to complement Synergy’s existing operations and provide a platform for further expansion into the European market.
