Vancouver, British Columbia, September 3, 2026, Synergy Metals Corp., a mineral exploration company, has launched its Phase 1 exploration program at its flagship Dale Property in Ontario. The company is also leveraging market awareness services from ClickCatalyst Inc. to enhance its public outreach.

The Phase 1 program, which marks Synergy Metals' first exploration work as a standalone public company, aims to systematically follow up on encouraging results from previous studies. It includes several key elements: data compilation, soil geochemistry, LiDAR survey, trenching and channel sampling, analytical services, and field support.

According to Synergy Metals' CEO, Michael Smith, "This is the moment a plan becomes a program. Dale has been telling us something for years, gold at surface, gold in till, chargeability that surface geology alone doesn't explain, and structures that keep pointing in the same direction. What it has never had is a systematic, properly funded, modern exploration program to pull those signals together into drill targets. That is exactly what Phase 1 is built to do."

The Phase 1 work program is budgeted at approximately $157,493, including a 15% contingency, and is estimated to take about six weeks. The company is seeking qualified contractors and suppliers to execute the following scopes of work: - Data compilation by senior and project geologists to compile historical exploration data, focusing on regional-scale government geochemical surveys. - Soil geochemistry involving a large-scale soil sampling program of approximately 1,000 samples, covering areas of anomalous gold grains in till, gold in bedrock, and historical induced polarization anomalies. - LiDAR survey for high-resolution topographic and structural mapping of the property. - Trenching and channel sampling for excavator services to expose and channel sample targets generated by the soil survey. - Analytical services for laboratory capacity to process approximately 1,000 soil samples and 100 rock samples. - Field support including geotechnicians, camp accommodation and catering, truck and ATV rentals, and field supplies.

Synergy Metals has engaged ClickCatalyst Inc. to produce and distribute a sponsored article and related editorial campaign for public awareness purposes. The campaign will run for 30 consecutive days, starting from the date of agreement execution, and is expected to conclude within 60 days, allowing for content production and approval. ClickCatalyst will use its online business and financial publication to disseminate the content.

The Phase 1 program includes the following exploration targets based on prior studies: - A 2020 grab sample returned 3.82 g/t gold from a northeast-trending shear. - Follow-up sampling of the same structure over a 10-metre strike length returned 1.57 g/t, 0.647 g/t, and 0.061 g/t gold. - A 2021 trenching program returned 2.6 g/t gold from Trench 3. - A 2021 test grid of 49 B-horizon soil samples surrounding Trench 5 returned a high of 54 ppb gold, with 8 of the 49 samples anomalous at greater than 10 ppb gold. - A regional Ontario Geological Survey gold-grain-in-till program identified a sample within the property boundary returning 42 gold grains. - Three historical induced polarization surveys recorded areas of elevated chargeability not explained by surface geology. - A drone magnetic survey outlined several prospective northeast-trending structures.

The Dale Property lies within the Swayze greenstone belt, the southwestern extension of the Abitibi greenstone belt, and hosts favorable volcanic rocks and a granodioritic Dale Stock. The granodiorite, volcanic contact is considered a high-priority target area.

Michael Smith added, "We are moving with urgency and with discipline. I could not be more energized about what this team is about to go find."

Forward-looking information in this release includes the expected cost and timing of the Phase 1 program, the potential for defining drill targets, and the anticipated benefits of engaging ClickCatalyst Inc. for public awareness. These statements are based on the company's current expectations and are subject to risks and uncertainties that may cause actual results to differ.
