Swiss Display Deutschland GmbH, a German company founded in 1999, offers businesses a range of mobile pavilions for various events and applications. The company provides three main types of pavilions: pop-up canopies, Air-Domes, and dome pavilions, each designed for different use cases and environments.
Pop-up canopies, also known as folding tents or folding gazebos, are ideal for frequent use. These canopies stand on an aluminium scissor frame that opens without tools. Swiss Display supplies them in sizes from 2 x 2 to 6 x 6 metres in two series. The Premium series is designed for 10 to 30 uses per year, while the Pro series, with 50 mm hexagonal legs, is suitable for more than 30 uses per year. These canopies are commonly used at weekly markets or with emergency and rescue organizations.
Air-Domes, on the other hand, are inflatable structures without metal frames. They are supported by air-filled chambers and are airtight once inflated. This means no continuous blower is needed, making them a popular choice for trade show stands. Air-Domes are available in sizes from 3 x 3 to 8 x 8 metres. They offer the advantage of no power connection and no fan noise, simplifying stand planning.
Dome pavilions, with a fixed frame, combine a round shape with a mechanical frame of curved arches. These pavilions have no centre pole and are available in sizes from 3 x 3 to 9 x 9 metres. The 6 x 6 metre version offers 36 square metres of floor space and can be set up by two people in around 15 minutes. Swiss Display sells all three types of pavilions, including accessories, to more than 5,800 business customers, including well-known companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Lexus, Nintendo, NDR, and Deutsche Telekom.
Swiss Display GmbH focuses on the DACH region but ships worldwide. The company emphasizes that the choice of pavilion type depends on the frequency and location of use. For weekly markets, a pop-up canopy from the Pro series is recommended. For trade shows, an Air-Dome or a dome pavilion is more appropriate. Air-Domes are particularly advantageous in exhibition halls, as they require no power supply once inflated, simplifying stand planning.
Swiss Display GmbH, based in Dassendorf near Hamburg, continues to expand its product offerings and customer base, serving businesses and organizations across various industries.
