Swedish artist Malou Berg has released a new piece titled "Spiral, An Inner Journey," a 40-minute composition that takes listeners on a meditative journey centered around the theme of birth. The piece, which was released on all major streaming services in the spring of 2026, is a result of a unique and collaborative effort between Berg, percussionist Xavier Desandre Navarres, keyboardist Thomas Hellsten, and producer Lasse Nilsson.

The journey begins with Desandre Navarres playing bowls tuned to 639 Hz, a frequency that aligns with the Solfeggio scale, also known as the "frequency of love." This scale is believed to create harmony and is linked to the heart chakra. The fundamental tone of the Solfeggio scale serves as a drone, which forms the foundation for Hellsten's keyboard playing and Berg's vocal performances.
