NEW YORK, Sept. 7, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Levi & Korsinsky, LLP has issued a summary notice to stockholders of Supernova Partners Acquisition Company, Inc., detailing a pending class action lawsuit and a proposed settlement. The notice, dated August 10, 2026, outlines the legal proceedings and the terms of the settlement.

The lawsuit, initiated by plaintiff Terry Jandreau, seeks to represent a class of stockholders of Supernova Partners Acquisition Company, Inc. The defendants in the case include Alexander Klabin, Spencer Rascoff, Ken Fox, Jim Lanzone, Gregg Renfrew, Rajeev Singh, Robert Reid, Michael Clifton, Supernova Partners, LLC, Michael Burnett, and Brian Bair. The proposed settlement, reached between the parties, amounts to a total of $3,000,000.00, which is to be distributed among the class members.

The settlement hearing is scheduled for December 2, 2026, at 3:15 p.m., before The Honorable Paul A. Fioravanti, Jr., Vice Chancellor, either in person at the Leonard L. Williams Justice Center in Wilmington, Delaware, or remotely by telephone or videoconference. The court will review the settlement, determine its fairness and adequacy, and decide whether to approve it. The hearing will also consider the appointment of the plaintiff as the class representative and the counsel as class counsel. Additionally, the court will address the Plan of Allocation of the Net Settlement Fund and any applications for fees and expense awards.

Stockholders who are part of the class have until January 2, 2026, to file a Claim Form to receive their share of the settlement. The Claim Form can be accessed on the Settlement website, www.SupernovaDeSPACStockholderSettlement.com. The notice emphasizes that failure to file a Claim Form by the deadline will result in the forfeiture of any potential share, but stockholders will still be bound by the settlement's outcome.
