Superna releases v2.15 to enhance cybersecurity and resilience for enterprises

Superna, a leader in Cyberstorage solutions, has unveiled version 2.15 of its platform, significantly enhancing the security and resilience operations for enterprises. The new version introduces a redesigned user experience that centralizes various security and resilience functionalities. This includes a more intuitive alarm system that consolidates both active and historical alerts, making it easier for administrators to filter and manage them based on severity and device information. Additionally, the platform offers detailed remediation guidance, helping teams navigate through the process of addressing potential security breaches.

Enhanced threat investigation workflows are another key feature of v2.15. These workflows bring together affected data, recovery statuses, snapshots, impacted assets, and event activity into a single, cohesive view. This consolidated approach enables security and infrastructure teams to quickly assess the scope of an incident before taking any action.

Superna has also introduced a guided event-closing workflow to assist administrators in classifying events, managing learned behaviors, restoring access where necessary, and documenting decisions. This process ensures a thorough and systematic approach to incident closure, reducing the risk of oversight and ensuring comprehensive recovery procedures.

Operational readiness and administration are also improved with the redesigned Security Guard Healthcheck experience. This feature provides clearer visibility into ransomware protection validation and historical test results, enabling teams to maintain a robust security posture. Moreover, the updated query and reporting workflows simplify the collection of audit and compliance evidence, streamlining the documentation process.

Disaster Recovery workflows have been reimagined to provide infrastructure teams with a clearer understanding of readiness, operational activity, alarms, and recovery processes. Superna's Disaster Recovery Edition complements native storage replication with automated validation, monitoring, and orchestration, making disaster recovery more repeatable and easier to execute under pressure.

Enterprise AirGap, a critical component of Superna's resilience experience, offers an additional isolation layer for critical data and recovery workflows. This feature helps organizations reduce exposure and strengthen their resilience strategy alongside Data Security and Disaster Recovery.
