Study shows Rebates-On boosts partner income significantly

San Francisco, CA — In a study of IT solution providers, Rebates-On, a multi-vendor rebate and incentive platform, revealed significant financial gains for partners who adopt its services. According to the platform, four out of five partners doubled their rebate income within three to four quarters of implementation.

Rebates-On provides a unique service by offering incentives only above 70 percent of the target, meaning that partners who are just shy of this threshold, at 69 percent, receive no rebate. This threshold is a common practice among major PC vendors, who only start paying rebates once a partner reaches 70 percent of their target. Moshik Azan, CEO of Rebates-On, elaborates, "A product manager might not always take the time to calculate and monitor the exact percentage, and vendors do not typically call to inform partners that a few more units could double their rebate. This makes it crucial for partners to stay vigilant."

The platform not only tracks vendor programs but also helps partners optimize their rebate income. Azan explains, "Rebates-On measures one thing: delivering value, which means rebates. Since our founding, we have managed over $470 million in rebates for our existing customers, with more than $250 million of that being an improvement over what they were collecting before joining our platform."

For large-scale partners who joined at different times, the average rebate yield was initially between 1.2 to 1.8 percent of purchases. Three to four quarters after implementation, four out of five partners had doubled their rebate income. Today, the average multi-vendor rebate yield across Rebates-On's customer base stands above 3.5 percent.

Azan further notes, "These are micro-level decisions that a human brain struggles to track in real time. Product and alliance managers focus on supporting business opportunities, customers, and deals, while managing deal registration, certifications, and compliance. The tracking, analysis, and calculations are best left to software, which frees these managers to concentrate on the business."

The financial benefits of using Rebates-On are significant. For a vendor line where a partner buys $10 million a year, a 1.5 percent to 3 percent increase in rebate yield translates to about $150,000 net annually. On a line five times that size, the return can be up to 50 times greater.

Rebates-On offers a comprehensive solution for IT solution providers, tracking vendor programs and providing a single multi-vendor dashboard for partners. The platform can be accessed at https://www.rebates-on.com/vendor-rebate-management/.

Ittai Bareket, an Advisory Board Member of Rebates-On, adds, "With Rebates-On, partners can maximize their rebate income by leveraging our platform to monitor and optimize vendor programs."
