Strongpoint Partners Expands Partner Services Team

Strongpoint Partners, a tech-enabled retirement services platform serving small- to mid-sized businesses, has expanded its Partner Services team with new hires in sales, operations, strategic partnerships, marketing, and events. The additions aim to bolster the commercial infrastructure supporting the firm’s 24 partner firms nationwide, serving a rapidly expanding advisor and employer client base across a coast-to-coast network.

Mindy O'Connor, formerly Head of Business Development for Ascensus recordkeeping, has joined Strongpoint Partners as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. O'Connor will focus on developing and deepening relationships that expand the platform’s reach across the retirement and payroll ecosystems. With over 25 years of experience, she will work closely with Strongpoint’s national sales leadership and partner firms to identify and build the relationships that support long-term organic growth.

Darius Setna has been added to the growing internal sales desk as a Business Development Representative. His role is to support the dedicated sales representatives in Strongpoint's network, helping them expand advisor and employer relationships across the country.

Allison Broussely and Meosha Bates have joined as Marketing Engagement Managers, expanding Strongpoint’s marketing team. They will support growth across all of Strongpoint’s business units, working alongside partner firms on campaigns, advisor and employer engagement, and the marketing programs that feed the sales organization.

Whitney Wandland has been named Events Manager, leading the planning and execution of Strongpoint’s partner events across the country. These events bring together leadership, sales, and administrative teams from firms in every region of the network, fostering collaboration and growth.
