This marks a significant milestone, as the fund surpassed its $475 million target and reached its hard cap, closing 30 percent larger than the firm’s debut fund, which had closed in 2022 with $420 million against a $300 million target. As of August 31, 2026, Stride Consumer Partners now manages approximately $1.3 billion in assets under management.
According to Tim Burke, a founding member and partner at Stride, the firm’s fundraising journey has evolved significantly since its inception.
Stride partners with founders and management teams building lasting, category-defining brands across four consumer verticals: Beauty & Personal Care, Food & Beverage, Active lifestyle, and Multi-Unit Services. The firm’s unique approach brings together a fully integrated team of successful investors partnering with seasoned operators to assist high-growth and transformative consumer products and services businesses to hit their stride.
The firm’s portfolio includes investments in skinfix, Chomps, Truewerk, Patrick Ta Beauty, Odele Beauty, Serenity Kids, Peachy, Crown Affair, and a new, as-yet-unannounced investment. These investments reflect Stride’s strategy of partnering with visionary leaders and changemakers who create a differentiated and lasting connection with their customers via extraordinary brands and services.
Campbell Lutyens acted as the placement agent, and Latham & Watkins, LLP served as the legal adviser to Stride on the Fund II close. Stride’s unique structure, which includes operating partners with direct executive experience, sets it apart in the growth-equity landscape. This support has been invaluable to its portfolio companies, as evidenced by the experiences of Brian Ciciora, co-founder and chairman of Truewerk, and Kimberly Villatoro, CEO of Patrick Ta Beauty.
With the successful close of Fund II, Stride Consumer Partners is well-positioned to continue its mission of supporting and scaling disruptive consumer brands. The firm’s commitment to its unique approach and its ability to attract both returning and new investors underscores the growing demand for passion brands in the consumer market.
