Strategex Enhances Private Equity Solutions with Key Hires

Strategex, a business growth and performance consultancy, has bolstered its Private Equity Solutions practice with the addition of two senior leaders, Lisa Moulis and Josh Emington. The hires come as the firm continues to expand its capabilities for private equity investors and portfolio companies across the investment lifecycle.

Moulis joins Strategex as Vice President, bringing with her 19 years of consulting and business development experience. Prior to joining Strategex, she served as Chief Business Development Officer at L.E.K. Consulting, where she also held roles at Huron Consulting and LECG Consulting. Moulis will focus on strengthening client relationships and helping private equity firms connect with the right Strategex solutions at each stage of the investment lifecycle.

Emington, who previously worked as a Partner at The Martec Group, brings extensive experience in market intelligence, commercial due diligence, and strategic research. In his new role as Director, Emington will collaborate with private equity deal teams and portfolio companies to evaluate markets, assess commercial opportunities and risks, and translate primary research into actionable investment and growth decisions.

These new hires follow Strategex’s acquisition of Priority Metrics Group (PMG), which has further enhanced the firm’s ability to provide private equity investors and portfolio company leaders with deeper primary research, commercial due diligence, customer and market research, and market assessment expertise. Strategex CEO Dave Phillippi emphasized the importance of these hires, stating, "Private equity firms are operating in an environment where better information and better decisions matter more than ever.
