FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 09, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Stewards, Inc., a diversified financial platform spanning private credit, real assets, and technology-enabled financial infrastructure, has announced its uplisting to the Nasdaq Capital Market. The company’s common stock will begin trading under the existing ticker symbol “SWRD” on Thursday, September 10, 2026.

Stewards, Inc. received approval from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC to list its shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The uplisting was achieved through a direct uplisting from the OTCID Market, without a concurrent public offering or issuance of new shares.

Stewards’ primary business is anchored in its private credit operations, which provide short-duration revenue-based financing, primarily through merchant cash advances, to small and mid-sized businesses. Since 2020, the company has originated over $153 million in cumulative direct and syndicated funding across more than 10,000 small businesses. Additionally, Stewards has expanded into income-producing real assets, adding a new dimension to its diversified portfolio.
