Steven Kinne, founder of The Kinne Group, has emerged as the top-rated real estate agent in Houston based on a new study of 4,852 HAR.com agents. The Kinne Group’s 2026 analysis of HAR.com Client Experience Rating data, which is the consumer website of the Houston Association of REALTORS® with over 50,000 members, reveals that Kinne has 1,893 client reviews on his HAR.com agent profile, the most of any agent in the program. The next-highest Houston-area agent has 1,607 reviews.
Kinne’s impressive client satisfaction is further evidenced by his 1,847 perfect 5-star reviews, 401 more than any other Houston-area agent. His overall rating is a 4.99, the highest among the three Houston-area agents with 1,000 or more reviews. Of his reviews, 97.6% carry a perfect score, indicating a high level of client satisfaction.
