Chicago, Oct. 14, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Sterling Trading Tech and Atlas Digital Markets have joined forces to enhance execution analytics for their clients, marking a significant step in the evolving landscape of financial trading. The collaboration will see Atlas's transaction cost analysis (TCA) engine integrated into Sterling's OMS 360 and Sterling Data Warehouse (SDW) platforms, starting in the fourth quarter of 2026.
This integration will allow Sterling's clients, particularly broker-dealers, to measure and evidence best execution using their own complete order and execution data. The partnership aims to provide a robust framework for compliance, risk, and trading teams to assess execution quality against relevant market references for various asset classes, including equities, options, and digital assets such as crypto and prediction markets.
Sterling Trading Tech, a global provider of advanced trading platforms and risk solutions, has a strong client base of over 100 firms, including broker-dealers. These clients already manage their orders and hold their order and execution history within the Sterling Data Warehouse. By integrating Atlas's TCA engine, Sterling will offer its clients a comprehensive tool to measure execution quality, ensuring they meet and evidence their duty of best execution, especially as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) considers rescinding the Order Protection Rule (Rule 611) under Regulation NMS.
The integration of Atlas's TCA engine into Sterling's platforms will run entirely within Sterling's secure environment, ensuring client data remains protected. Each firm will see only its own results, providing a tailored and secure solution for execution measurement.
Kiran Pingali, Founder and CEO of Atlas Digital Markets, highlighted the strategic importance of this collaboration.
Sterling Trading Tech's President and CEO, Jen Nayar, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership.
The collaboration between Sterling Trading Tech and Atlas Digital Markets extends beyond transaction cost analysis. The companies plan to work together on digital-asset trading, smart order routing, execution algorithms, and request-for-quote systems. This will enable Sterling's clients to move from measuring execution to improving it within the Sterling ecosystem.
