COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho, Sept. 16, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Star Gold Corp., a U.S. precious metals company based in Nevada, has launched a Regulation A public offering, inviting non-accredited investors to participate in its Longstreet Gold-Silver Project. The project, located in Nevada's Walker Lane Belt, is designed as a conventional open-pit, heap leach operation, leveraging the region's established mining methods and regulatory framework.
Star Gold Corp. aims to raise funds for final permitting costs, resource expansion drilling, and the advancement of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) required for production approval. The company’s CEO, Lindsay Gorrill, expressed optimism about the project’s prospects, stating, "We’ve spent years building Longstreet the right way, doing the technical work, advancing the permitting, and putting the right team in place. With most key regulatory approvals now in hand and gold remaining a safe haven for investors, we believe the conditions for this project have never been stronger."
The Longstreet Gold-Silver Project boasts several advantages. According to a December 2025 SK-1300 Technical Report, the project has identified approximately 213,000 gold-equivalent ounces, including 132,414 ounces of gold and 4,839,931 ounces of silver. These resources are defined on less than 2% of the land package the company controls, with eight additional exploration targets identified, representing potential for resource expansion.
The project’s design includes a favorable 0.92:1 strip ratio, meaning minimal waste rock relative to ore, and surface-level oxidized ore bodies well suited to heap leaching. Metallurgical testing at McClelland Laboratories confirmed an 80% gold recovery within the first 20 days of leaching. This low-complexity design keeps capital requirements down and supports a near-term path to production.
Star Gold Corp. has made significant progress in advancing the mine permitting process. Key milestones include the approval of the U.S. Forest Service Plan of Operations, Bureau of Land Management approval to advance the development program, and the completion of baseline studies on wildlife, biological, cultural, and archaeological impacts. The company has also secured private water rights. The Environmental Impact Statement process is currently underway, with an estimated 12 months to complete, followed by potential Plan of Operations approval.
The company’s flagship project is situated in Nevada, a jurisdiction known for its robust mining industry. Nevada produced 75% of U.S. gold in 2024 and ranks among the world’s premier mining jurisdictions, with an established regulatory framework and a long track record of permitted heap leach operations. Gold prices have climbed above $4,000 per ounce, driven by investor demand for safe-haven assets amid geopolitical and economic uncertainty. Central bank buying has reached record levels, and ETF inflows are at all-time highs.
Star Gold Corp. is offering exclusive perks to investors, including bonus shares and the opportunity to receive physical Star Gold silver or gold bars. The Regulation A offering is open to non-accredited investors, providing a direct investment opportunity in the company. Proceeds from the offering will fund the final permitting costs, resource expansion drilling, and the advancement of the EIS required for production approval.
