MIAMI, Oct. 1, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- SPHERE HEALTH, a virtual care platform for women's health, has launched a new service that aims to address the complex hormonal and metabolic needs of women across their lifespans. The company, which recently rebranded polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) as polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS), now offers a comprehensive approach to women's health care that spans from PMOS to perimenopause and menopause.

According to the Endocrine Society, PMOS affects approximately 1 in 8 women worldwide, totaling more than 170 million individuals. Moreover, about 40 percent of women with PMOS have prediabetes or type 2 diabetes by their early forties. The company notes that nearly 2 million American women reach menopause annually, with about 6,000 women transitioning each day, as reported by the Mayo Clinic Health System.

SPHERE HEALTH’s platform is designed to provide a holistic view of a woman’s health by focusing on hormonal and metabolic health, which the company believes are the underlying factors in many of a woman’s health concerns. The platform is built to follow a woman through every stage of her life, ensuring that her care is continuous and comprehensive.

The service offers three pricing tiers: - Clarity ($99 one time, introductory price): A hormone and metabolic lab panel curated to her specific care pathway, with physician review. Both labs and physician review are included. - Continuum ($149 a month): Monthly consultations, a pathway-specific lab panel, a personalized care plan, and secure messaging with her physician. - Constant ($349 a month): Everything included in Continuum, plus an expanded lab panel, at-home blood draws where available, and a dedicated Care Navigator.

SPHERE HEALTH’s platform is built around the idea that women do not experience health issues one condition at a time.

Behind each care plan is Rosalyn, the SPHERE HEALTH intelligence platform named after Nobel laureate Rosalyn Yalow. Rosalyn uses artificial intelligence to bring a woman's labs, history, and assessment into one view and to prepare insights for her physician to review. The physician then decides on the care plan.

SPHERE HEALTH is currently available for early access, starting with the SPHERE HEALTH waitlist. The platform is not yet available in Hawaii or Rhode Island. Interested users can join the waitlist at spherehealth.com.

SPHERE HEALTH is a technology platform that pairs board-certified physicians with its AI-enabled intelligence platform, Rosalyn. The company was built by Sphere Technology Inc. with backing from Di Rezze Family Office, a family office led by healthcare operators. SPHERE HEALTH is based in Miami, Florida.
