Specialized Unveils GSOC-as-a-Service to Democratize Command Center Capabilities

Specialized, a provider of security operations solutions, has introduced a new service offering at the Global Security Exchange (GSX) 2026. The company unveiled GSOC-as-a-Service, a turnkey command-center operations solution designed to make real-time security intelligence more accessible and cost-effective for growing organizations.

According to Lucian Corneliu, president of AURIX, the proprietary security operations platform by Specialized, this new offering addresses the financial barriers that have historically limited the adoption of enterprise command centers. "GSOCaaS removes that barrier. Our tech empowers human operators and streamlines workflows, making enterprise command control affordable, efficient, and operational on day one."

The GSOC-as-a-Service offering is designed to be flexible and scalable, meeting clients wherever their operations stand. It can be deployed in several ways, including:

- Infrastructure Gap: For organizations without space, technology, or staff, Specialized provides all three, turnkey. - Redundancy: For those already running a GSOC, Specialized can become the secondary node for continuity. - Specialty Coverage: For discrete needs such as parking lots, travel tracking, and access review, the service can be handled off-site. - Cost Efficiency: Clients pay a fractional share of an operator, which reduces per-site costs as they scale.

The service is powered by AURIX, a proprietary security operations platform that maximizes operator efficiency without requiring physical facility buildouts, bespoke recruiting, or fixed capital expenditure. It offers three tiers of service: Rapid, which provides a dedicated operator and the fastest response; Standard, which is shared across select sites; and Flexible, which offers the lowest per-site cost.

In every case, clients receive dedicated, role-specific operators who are recruited and trained to run custom-designed protocols. The performance, training, response times, and key performance indicators (KPIs) are available in real time through AURIX.
