Founded by Haril Pandya, FAIA, and Aksel Solberg, AIA, the firm combines artistic imagination with development intelligence and AI-enabled exploration, bringing a combined 30 years of experience to the market.

Pandya and Solberg bring a wealth of experience to SPARC. Prior to founding the studio, Pandya served as a Senior Principal at HFA/TRIA, where he grew the Mixed Use, Repositioning, Interiors, and Multi-Family sectors. He was previously a Principal at Nelson Worldwide and CBT. Solberg, on the other hand, previously served as the director of HFA's Development Design Studio, leading teams on small and large-scale commercial, retail, multi-family, and mixed-use development projects across the United States. He also spent time at Elkus Manfredi, Carter Burgess, Wolf Architects, and Amaze Design.
