Solstice Gold Corp. has provided an updated review of its 100% owned and fully-permitted 57 km² Strathy Gold Project, located in the Temagami Greenstone Belt of the Abitibi Subprovince in Ontario. The project, which recently acquired the Leckie Gold Zone (LGZ) and 43 adjacent claims, now covers a large, underexplored area with significant historical gold zones and multiple prospective structures.

The LGZ, a key component of the project, includes a 160 m-deep shaft, underground development on five levels, and more than 23,000 m of historical drilling. Historical drilling has confirmed significant historic gold and silver mineralization, with notable intercepts including 4.85 g/t Au over 17.10 m, 7.24 g/t Au over 10.45 m, 9.10 g/t Au over 5.24 m, and 4.35 g/t Au over 10.30 m. Of 133 historical holes for which assays are available, 62% contain reported intercepts meeting or exceeding 3.0 g/t Au over a minimum core length of 1.5 m. Approximately 90% of these qualifying intercepts occur less than 250 m vertically below surface, and about 67% occur less than 150 m below surface.

In 2025, the company discovered the high-grade Red Cedar Zone, with an intercept of 28.0 g/t Au over 1.0 m. The Red Cedar Discovery is approximately 600 m away from the LGZ, which is about 200 m from the Trans-Canada Highway. The project remains comparatively underexplored, as regional exploration was significantly constrained from the mid-1970s through the mid-1990s, a period during which many important discoveries were being made elsewhere in the Abitibi.

The Strathy Gold Project shares important geological characteristics with productive areas of the Abitibi, including proximity to regional deformation zones and related structural splays, felsic intrusive rocks spatially associated with gold mineralization, and comparable Archean geological age relationships. The project also benefits from excellent access and infrastructure, being located immediately adjacent to the Trans-Canada Highway in one of Canada's principal mining regions.

Solstice Gold Corp. is now focused on expanding the Leckie Gold Zone and pursuing new discoveries across the broader 57 km² Strathy Project. The primary objective of the next drill program will be to build out the Leckie Gold Zone, with the aim of extending known mineralization along strike and at depth beyond the limits of historical drilling. The company also plans to advance additional opportunities, including the high-grade Red Cedar Discovery, the corridor between the LGZ and the P0667 Fault, and targets associated with felsic intrusive rocks and structural and IP targets generated through the integration of the expanded project dataset.

To achieve these goals, Solstice is completing a series of cost-effective exploration programs designed to improve the geological model, reduce uncertainty, and increase the quality of drill targeting. These programs include additional geological mapping and sampling, relogging and review of historical core, sampling previously unassayed core, 3D subsurface geological modeling, and expanded IP surveying.

The ongoing work is expected to improve the company's understanding of the historical core, identify additional gold mineralization, and build a 3D geological model for the first time. The initial drilling priority will be to expand the Leckie Gold Zone, with the objective of establishing the potential scale and continuity of the system. Additional targets across the broader 57 km² Strathy Project will be ranked and advanced in parallel.
