SLAM Exploration Ltd. announced significant findings at its Moose Lake Gold-Antimony Project, with a 14.45-meter core interval grading 1.60% copper equivalent (CuEq) from a semi-massive zone in drillhole GW26-33. The company is also advancing exploration efforts on the project by trenching gold-antimony targets, including the Skull and Moose Lake zones.
The core interval in GW26-33 includes two sub-zones: a 1.9-meter interval grading 3.48% CuEq and a 4.9-meter interval grading 2.61% CuEq. These results are encouraging for the company, which is currently awaiting assay results from drillhole GW26-36, which intersected a broad mineralized zone from 124.4 to 191.8 meters, hosted in a coarse-grained gabbro. The zone contains several massive sulphide intervals and semi-massive zones, with the latter located 2,000 meters northwest of the Logan Zone.
At the Moose Lake Gold-Antimony Project, SLAM has initiated trenching on the Skull gold-antimony occurrence, uncovering the zone over a 250-meter strike length with eight trenches. The company has also traced the Moose Lake gold-antimony zone over a 500-meter strike length. Initial field observations indicate that both the Skull and Moose Lake zones are epithermal quartz breccia deposits, with visible stibnite (antimony) and arsenopyrite mineralization. The first batch of 14 samples from the Skull zone has been submitted to ALS in Moncton for multi-element analysis and gold fire-assay.
SLAM Exploration Ltd. has resumed drilling on the Goodwin Copper-Nickel-Cobalt Project after a two-week maintenance break. The company is currently testing an anomaly 200 meters north of GW26-33, with the 2026 drilling program having drilled 2,754 meters to date, including 554 meters on the Jake Lee Gold Project. A total of 1,014 samples have been collected from the Goodwin Project to date, with a 7,000-meter diamond drill contract in place for the 2026 exploration season. The aim of the program is to target anomalies identified from the 2026 VTEM Airborne Survey results.
The company has also received a $60,000 grant from the Province of New Brunswick to support the 2026 diamond drilling campaign on the Goodwin copper-nickel-cobalt project. SLAM Exploration Ltd. holds a 40,000-hectare portfolio of mineral claim holdings in the Bathurst Mining Camp of New Brunswick, Canada, with the Goodwin project covering 14,000 hectares. The company's portfolio includes the Jake Lee gold project, where a new gold vein has returned up to 40.5 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 63.30 g/t silver from channel samples, and the Menneval gold project, where a soil anomaly measuring approximately 3,000 by 2,500 meters has returned gold-bearing samples up to 0.683 g/t gold.
SLAM Exploration Ltd. is optimistic about the potential for further exploration success, with the company expecting to receive additional cash and share payments in 2026. The company has previously received 1,200,000 shares plus cash from Nine Mile Metals Inc. and a cash payment of $60,000 plus 180,000 shares of a private company. SLAM holds NSR royalties and expects additional cash and share payments on both the Wedge copper-zinc project and the Ramsay gold project.
