NEW YORK, Sept. 18, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- SL Green Realty Corp., Manhattan’s largest office landlord, has announced the declaration of its quarterly ordinary dividend. The company’s board of directors has set a dividend of $0.6175 per share of common stock, which translates to an annualized dividend of $2.47 per share. The dividend will be paid in cash on October 15, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2026.

Additionally, the board has also declared the regular quarterly dividend on the company's Series I Preferred Stock. The dividend for the period from July 15, 2026, through October 14, 2026, is set at $0.40625 per share, equivalent to an annualized dividend of $1.625 per share. This dividend will also be paid in cash on October 15, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2026.
