Skiptown, a tech-enabled dog care franchise, has relaunched its membership program as "The Skiptown Club," offering a simplified lineup of benefits designed to meet the growing demand for premium pet care. The new program, which launched in July 2026, includes three plans: The VIP Plan, The Clean Pup Plan, and The Social Pup Plan, each tailored to different needs of pet parents.

The centerpiece of the relaunch is the revamped VIP Plan, which now includes a range of benefits such as unlimited free Bar & Park check-ins, complimentary pup treats, and a monthly bath and grooming service. Additionally, members receive 25% off additional grooming services, twice-daily daycare reports, and a curated enrichment experience each month. The plan also offers a birthday party in the park every year and 10% off daycare, boarding, walking, and bundle purchases. Skiptown estimates that the refreshed plan delivers more than $1,000 in annual value, with pricing varying slightly by market, ranging from $60 per month to $599 per year.

The former PupCare Plan has been renamed The Clean Pup Plan, focusing on grooming and hygiene. Members of this plan receive a monthly nail trim, toothbrushing, ear cleaning, and a bath with towel dry, along with a full wellness check at every visit. They also enjoy 25% off additional grooming services.

For pet parents who prioritize playtime, the Social Pup Plan offers unlimited access to the Bar & off-leash Park, a complimentary treat with every visit, and $5 guest passes for visiting pups. This plan is priced at $25 per month across all markets.

Skiptown CEO Mike Rotondo emphasized the club's focus on providing more value from every visit while making it easier for pet parents to give their dogs the care, enrichment, and experiences they deserve.

Liz Sims, Head of Product at Skiptown, highlighted the role of the company's proprietary tech stack in enabling the creation of The Skiptown Club.

Skiptown has seen early success with the relaunched Club structure, ending the second quarter of 2026 with 8,000 active memberships across its three locations. The company is optimistic about the future, as it continues to expand its services and meet the increasing demand for premium pet care.
