PORTLAND, Ore., Oct. 5, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- ScanlanKemperBard (SKB), a commercial real estate investor, developer, and operator, has acquired Trellis West, a four-building, 90%-leased, best-in-class research and development campus in Hillsboro, Oregon, for $30.9 million. The acquisition adds 214,152 square feet to SKB's growing Oregon portfolio. Located in Hillsboro's Sunset Corridor, Trellis West is at the heart of Oregon's Silicon Forest, a region known for its semiconductor and technology industries.
The campus is anchored by Applied Materials and KLA, two prominent companies in the semiconductor sector. It features a high-quality tenant roster concentrated in the semiconductor and technology industries, more than 5.0 megawatts of power, and infrastructure designed to support a range of advanced technology and R&D associated uses. Situated less than three miles from Intel's Ronler Acres and Hawthorn Farms campuses, Trellis West places its tenants at the center of one of the region's most important semiconductor and advanced manufacturing ecosystems.

The acquisition of Trellis West builds on this momentum, further solidifying SKB's position as a key player in the Oregon real estate market.
KCB Partners, another investor in the acquisition, has also expressed enthusiasm for the deal.
The acquisition of Trellis West by SKB and KCB Partners marks a significant step forward for the region's semiconductor and technology industries, providing a stable and supportive environment for companies looking to expand and innovate.
