SANTA CLARA, Calif., Nov. 04, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- SiTime, the Precision Timing company, reported strong financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2026. The company's net revenue for the quarter was $298.7 million, a significant increase from $83.6 million in the year-ago quarter. Rajesh Vashist, chairman and CEO of SiTime, highlighted the company's broad-based growth, attributing it to the continued demand for differentiated timing solutions in AI infrastructure.

According to Vashist, core CED revenue grew 202% year over year, driven by the ongoing buildout of AI infrastructure. He also noted that the integration of TPD (Time Precision Devices) has gone exceptionally well, benefiting both the company's teams, customers, and roadmap. SiTime exited the quarter with an annualized revenue run rate above $1 billion, indicating substantial growth potential.

In terms of financial performance, SiTime reported GAAP gross profit of $154.1 million, or 51.6% of revenue, with GAAP operating expenses of $145.8 million. This resulted in a GAAP income from operations of $8.3 million and a GAAP net income of $4.4 million, or $0.14 per diluted share. The company also announced a three-for-one forward stock split, effective after the close of market on December 4, 2026. This move aims to make stock ownership more accessible to employees and investors.

In addition to the financial results, SiTime announced the granting of restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) to 71 newly hired individuals globally. These inducement grants were approved by the Compensation and Talent Committee of the Board of Directors under SiTime’s Amended and Restated 2022 Inducement Award Plan, in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).
