SiteChief, the UK-based health and safety software company, has officially rebranded to reflect its expanded capabilities and broader market reach. The company, which launched in 2020, has grown from a simple safety tool to a comprehensive platform that supports day-to-day compliance for businesses across multiple sectors.
Founded in Milton Keynes, SiteChief now serves more than 500 organizations in over 12 industries, including construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education, facilities management, retail, hospitality, transport and logistics, oil and gas, utilities, food and beverage, and warehousing. The rebranding from LifeSafety.ai to SiteChief is designed to better reflect the company's current scope and the needs of its customers.
SiteChief’s platform now covers a wide range of functionalities, including risk assessments, incident logging, permit-to-work processes, training records, contractor management, and compliance reporting. With 79 integrated modules, the platform aims to streamline health and safety management for businesses of all sizes. According to the company, more than 50,000 safety records are managed on the platform, with 99.9% uptime and round-the-clock support. All account data, users, and platform records have been preserved, and ISO 27001 certification, UK data residency, and GDPR protections continue to apply.
The rebranding also reflects a shift in focus from the technical aspects of the platform to the people who use it. The new name emphasizes the role of site managers, safety leads, and operations teams in maintaining a safe and compliant workplace. SiteChief’s tagline, “Plan. Prepare. Prevent,” encapsulates its mission to provide businesses with the tools they need to create safer workplaces and stay compliant.
In its announcement, SiteChief highlighted its commitment to continuous improvement, stating that the rebrand is designed to be as simple as possible for existing customers. The website has moved to sitechief.com, and company email addresses now use the @sitechief.com domain. The logo and product name have been updated, but everything else remains the same. Login details, subscription pricing, and contract terms have not changed, and customers will continue to deal with the same team based at the same office in Milton Keynes.
The company’s mission to give every UK business the tools it needs to create safer workplaces, stay compliant, and protect its people remains unchanged. SiteChief plans to continue building on the modules that customers rely on most and to integrate AI-driven risk detection into more of the everyday work that happens on site.
With its expanded capabilities and broader market reach, SiteChief is well-positioned to support businesses in their ongoing efforts to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. The rebranding underscores the company’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction in the health and safety management sector.
