STOCKHOLM, Sept. 1, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Sinch Mailgun, a division of Sinch AB, has introduced Mailgun Inspect, a new integration for Agentforce Marketing, enabling marketers to test email renderings across various inboxes and devices directly within their existing workflows on Salesforce. The solution, built as a native Lightning Web Component, aims to address a common challenge faced by marketing teams: the fragmented and time-consuming process of email testing.

Mailgun Inspect, now available on AgentExchange, Salesforce’s marketplace for the agentic era, allows users to preview and test emails across more than 100 email clients and devices. This direct integration into the Marketing Cloud Next workflow helps enterprise marketers catch rendering issues before campaigns go live, reducing manual quality assurance work and eliminating the need to switch between multiple tools.

According to Sophie Cheng, Chief Marketing Officer at Sinch, "Testing how emails render across inboxes is still a fragmented and time-consuming process for many marketing teams. Mailgun Inspect brings that testing directly into Salesforce, helping teams catch issues earlier and launch campaigns with greater confidence."

Tyler Carlson, SVP and Head of Product, AgentExchange and Ecosystem at Salesforce, highlighted the benefits of the new integration: "With the new AgentExchange, partners like Sinch Mailgun get better access to Salesforce's entire install base and tools that help them build, manage, and scale their distribution more efficiently than ever before. Mailgun's AgentExchange solution is helping customers transform into agent enterprises by bringing testing and validation directly into existing marketing workflows, making it easier for teams to build and launch campaigns with confidence."

Email rendering inconsistencies remain a significant cause of campaign failures. Many marketing teams still rely on disconnected testing workflows to validate emails across different inboxes and devices. Mailgun Inspect addresses this by embedding email testing directly into Salesforce. Users can preview emails across major inbox environments, open full-resolution previews, and rerun tests on demand—all within the Marketing Cloud Next workflow.

Salesforce AgentExchange facilitates the discovery, purchase, activation, and management of trusted solutions across Salesforce and Slack. Today, customers can access nearly 14,000 vetted apps, agents, sub-agents, tools, integrations, and experts that help solve unique business challenges faster.

Sinch AB, a leading provider of communication services, has partnered with Salesforce to enhance the email testing capabilities within the Marketing Cloud Next ecosystem. The launch of Mailgun Inspect represents a significant step forward in streamlining the email testing process for marketers, ultimately ensuring smoother and more successful campaign launches.
