Sinch Mailgun introduces Mailgun Inspect for Agentforce Marketing
STOCKHOLM, Sept. 1, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- Sinch Mailgun, a division of Sinch AB, today introduced Mailgun Inspect, a new integration designed specifically for Agentforce Marketing, formerly known as Marketing Cloud Next. This tool allows marketers to test email renderings across multiple inboxes and devices directly within their existing Salesforce workflow, streamlining the pre-campaign QA process.
Built as a native Lightning Web Component, Mailgun Inspect enables marketing teams to preview and test emails across more than 100 email clients and devices. The integration helps enterprise marketers catch rendering issues before campaigns are launched, reducing the need for manual quality assurance (QA) work and eliminating the need to switch between different tools.
"Sinhing the testing process directly into Salesforce helps teams catch issues earlier and launch campaigns with greater confidence," said Sophie Cheng, Chief Marketing Officer at Sinch. "This new tool brings a much-needed level of efficiency and consistency to the email rendering process."
According to Tyler Carlson, SVP and Head of Product at AgentExchange and Ecosystem at Salesforce, "Mailgun's AgentExchange solution is helping customers transform into agent enterprises by bringing testing and validation directly into existing marketing workflows."
AgentExchange is Salesforce's marketplace for the agentic era, bringing together the rich ecosystems of AppExchange, Slack, and Agentforce into one experience. As a part of this platform, Mailgun Inspect is now available, making it easier for customers to discover, buy, activate, and manage trusted solutions across Salesforce and Slack.
Email rendering inconsistencies remain a significant challenge for marketing teams, often leading to campaign failures. By embedding email testing directly into Salesforce, Mailgun Inspect aims to address this issue. Users can preview emails across major inbox environments, open full-resolution previews, and rerun tests on demand—all within the Marketing Cloud Next workflow.
Salesforce AgentExchange currently offers nearly 14,000 vetted apps, agents, sub-agents, tools, integrations, and experts that help customers solve their unique business challenges faster. The marketplace makes it easy for customers to discover and manage these solutions, ensuring they can focus on building and launching campaigns with confidence.
