He spent 25 years on the bench, managing a substantial civil docket and conducting over 300 judicial settlement conferences. His experience in the North County Civil Independent Calendar Department and the North County Trial Department has equipped him with a deep understanding of the legal landscape and the practical realities of civil disputes.
Since leaving the bench in 2021, Casserly has focused exclusively on mediation.
