Showcase Remodels Philadelphia, a company that has been operating in the region since 2002 and carries more than 350 verified five-star reviews along with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, has seen a surge in positive feedback this summer. The company has closed out the season with a run of five-star Google reviews that highlight a specific project above all others: the conversion of an old bathtub into a walk-in shower.
The reviews, which were submitted by three Philadelphia homeowners, paint a picture of a professional and efficient service. Maryann R., who wrote in late June, described her new walk-in shower as beautiful and credited the two-man crew that installed it. Kurt C., who wrote in July, praised the job as a "first-class" one, noting that the installers knew what they were doing and caused minimal disruption to his household. He also appreciated the finished product's classy appearance.
David D., who had his tub converted into a shower, echoed these sentiments. He highlighted the quick turnaround, the crew's ability to beat the prices quoted by larger companies, and their adherence to his requests. The walk-in shower conversion, which accounts for most of the bathroom work described in the company's Philadelphia reviews this summer, is a popular choice for homeowners in the city's rowhomes and twin housing, where space constraints often mean a single full bath with a tub that is rarely used.
The conversion is not just a matter of aesthetics; it also addresses practical concerns. By keeping the existing footprint, most jobs are planned to be completed in a single day, with the tub removed, the base and wall system set, and the glass enclosure installed before the crew leaves. This approach ensures that the homeowner's home remains clean and unobstructed during the installation process.
