Shipo Opens Fourth-Quarter Fulfillment Capacity for Amazon Sellers

Shipo LLC, a third-party logistics provider operating in Wilmington, Delaware, has announced the opening of fourth-quarter fulfillment capacity for Amazon sellers ahead of the holiday season. The move comes as Amazon sets inbound deadlines for its 2026 holiday season, with sellers needing to have their inventory at fulfillment centers by October 21 for minimal shipment splits and October 28 for Amazon-optimized shipment splits.
Shipo, which has a 55,000-square-foot warehouse and is listed in Amazon's Service Provider Network for FBA Prep & Packaging, is well-positioned to handle the surge in demand. The company's facility is equipped to receive and process inventory from domestic suppliers and overseas manufacturers, ensuring that goods are prepared to meet Amazon's stringent requirements.
Ophir Schultz, owner of Shipo LLC, emphasized the importance of early preparation. "The sellers who get caught out in the fourth quarter are not the ones who ordered too late," Schultz said. "They are the ones who ordered on time and then discovered in October that nobody had capacity to prep it. If you are planning a fourth-quarter push, the conversation belongs in September."
Shipo's Delaware location offers several advantages. The facility is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a food facility, allowing it to handle food, beverage, and dietary supplement products. Additionally, Delaware does not charge sales tax on inventory held in the state, and the location can reach approximately 48 percent of the U.S. population within two days by ground.
Shipo has been operational in Wilmington for nine years and has processed over 6.43 million orders. The company's services extend beyond Amazon FBA preparation, including Walmart WFS preparation, direct-to-consumer ecommerce fulfillment, B2B logistics, warehouse storage, and worldwide parcel shipping. Its warehouse management system is compatible with Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, and more than 600 other marketplaces and shopping carts.
With the holiday season just around the corner, Shipo's expanded capacity ensures that sellers can meet Amazon's deadlines and avoid last-minute panic. Schultz noted, "Planning ahead is key. Sellers should not wait until October to start preparing their inventory. Shipo is here to support those who are proactive and want to ensure their products are ready for the peak season."
As the holiday rush approaches, Shipo stands ready to support Amazon sellers with its comprehensive logistics services, ensuring that inventory is prepared and shipped efficiently to meet Amazon's requirements.
