SGE Foundation has secured a 20-year, worldwide licensing agreement from SuperGreen Energy Corp’s global patent portfolio, expanding its access to TESDISON™ clean-energy technology. This agreement, which covers more than 18 issued and pending patents across 45 countries, provides a robust foundation for the development and deployment of TESDISON™ technology, particularly in the realms of AI and critical infrastructure.
Under the terms of the agreement, the SGE Foundation will have the rights to develop, deploy, and support applications built on SuperGreen Energy’s proprietary TESDISON™ energy architecture. This move is expected to facilitate access for clean-energy developers, AI data center operators, and global infrastructure partners seeking to evaluate and implement TESDISON™ technology. The agreement also governs access protocols, jurisdictional scope, and sublicensing rights, ensuring a clear framework for collaboration and innovation.
The agreement is seen as a significant step in advancing clean-energy solutions and addressing the growing demands of AI and critical infrastructure.
The SGE Foundation, an international initiative connecting renewable-energy participation with blockchain technology and AI-enabled systems, will leverage this agreement to further its mission. The foundation's compliance standards ensure that participation on the SGE platform and ownership of ecosystem utility tokens are separate from commercial patent rights, preventing automatic grants of licenses to the intellectual property.
This licensing agreement is expected to accelerate the development and deployment of TESDISON™ technology, contributing to the broader goals of clean energy and sustainable infrastructure. With the backing of 45 countries and over 18 patents, the SGE Foundation is well-positioned to drive innovation and address the complex energy challenges of the future.
