VANCOUVER, BC AND MIAMI, FL, September 1, 2026 (Newswire.com) - Sekur Private Data, Ltd., a Swiss-based cybersecurity and defense communications company, has made significant strides in its pivot to focus on high-demand government, defense, and intelligence community clients. The company, which trades on the OTCQB, CSE, and FRA markets (OTCQB:SWISF)(CSE SKUR)(FRA:GDT0), detailed its progress in a letter to shareholders.

In the past six months, Sekur has expanded its portfolio and secured key partnerships, marking a shift from consumer privacy to mission-critical defense and intelligence services. The company’s strategy has been to align its offerings with the needs of government and defense organizations, who are increasingly seeking secure communication solutions.

Key Achievements:

- Government and Defense Partnerships: In February, Sekur secured a listing on the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule through i3ICS, providing federal, state, and local agencies with a streamlined procurement path. By May, the company had signed a distribution agreement with Elyon International, a small business with extensive experience in mission support. Additionally, Sekur partnered with AdRevv in June to address consumer demand for secure communication solutions.

- Product Launches and Demonstrations: In May, Sekur launched a refreshed corporate website to better reflect its focus on high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and government entities. The company also demonstrated live encrypted calling capabilities to invited defense and special operations guests, and introduced its Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) capabilities at the Defense Intelligence Agency’s DoDIIS Worldwide Conference in August.

- Leadership Appointments: Over the past four months, the company has appointed several high-profile advisors to bolster its sales and technical capabilities. These include Philip A. Oakley and Kenneth D. Rogers, who joined the Strategic Advisory Board, and John T. Lewis, who was appointed as Chief Technology Officer and a board member. Notably, Lt. Gen. Raymond Palumbo, a retired U.S. Army general, was named Chairman of the Strategic Advisory Board. Other advisors, including Nathan R. Price and Annette L. Redmond, have also joined the board.

- Platform Development: Sekur has developed its integrated platform, SekurOne, which includes encrypted voice, video, email, messaging, and virtual private network (VPN) services. The platform, built on proprietary HeliX architecture, completed its first domestic and international encrypted calls this year. Commercial launch is scheduled for October on iOS and the web, with Android and conferencing features expected in the coming months.

- Financial and Operational Progress: Despite a decline in total revenue due to the shift to more premium clients, the company reports a 25% month-over-month increase in average revenue per user. This reflects the successful transition from lower-priced legacy accounts to higher-value premium subscriptions. To support its growth, Sekur completed a non-brokered private placement of $1,205,560 in January and is currently raising up to $1,400,000 through a further placement set to close before mid-December.

Future Outlook:

Sekur aims to achieve profitability with approximately 200 SekurOne subscribers, generating around $60,000 in gross monthly recurring revenue. The company is confident it can reach this milestone within six months of launching SekurOne in October 2026. Management is actively pursuing government and defense contracts, with pre-sales already underway in the United States and Africa. Sekur’s Africa division is also making progress, with discussions ongoing for potential nationwide exclusive partnerships in Angola.

Alain Ghiai, Chairman and CEO of Sekur Private Data, expressed gratitude to shareholders for their continued support. "We have built the apparatus to succeed, and now we are using it," he said. "Our focus remains on delivering robust, secure communication solutions to meet the evolving needs of government and defense organizations."
