SEI Group Acquires Greenhome Specialties Expanding into Utah Market

DORAVILLE, Ga., Oct. 5, 2026 /CourierPR/ -- SEI Group, a leading installer of insulation and complementary specialty building products, has expanded its operations into the Utah market with the acquisition of Greenhome Specialties, Inc. This move marks SEI's first entry into the fast-growing Utah market and reflects the company's continued success in executing its strategic growth plans.

Greenhome, established in 2011, is a leading installer of fiberglass, spray foam, and other insulation products based in West Haven, Utah. The company services single-family and multi-family residential and light commercial new construction markets in greater Salt Lake City, throughout Utah, and in several surrounding states. Kyle Tolman, the owner of Greenhome, will continue to serve as its president.

Since its recapitalization with Quad-C Management in February 2021, SEI Group has acquired a total of 17 businesses, expanding its footprint to include 45 branches across 14 states, including many of the fastest-growing markets in the United States. The acquisition of Greenhome is part of SEI's ongoing strategy to strengthen its presence in key geographic areas.
