Scarinci Hollenbeck Expands with Four New Legal Professionals

Scarinci Hollenbeck, a leading business law firm based in New Jersey, has continued its growth trajectory by adding four new legal professionals to its ranks. The firm, which operates from offices in Little Falls and Red Bank, as well as New York City, has seen significant expansion since May.

Denis G. Murphy, a seasoned attorney with nearly three decades of experience, has joined the firm as a partner. Murphy has held roles as General Counsel and Special Counsel for various entities across New Jersey. His expertise includes the preparation of legislation, negotiation and drafting of contracts, and disputes involving the Open Public Records Act and Open Public Meetings Act. Murphy is also known for his lectures on ethics and public contracting.

Michael B. Mietlicki, a counsel in the Litigation Group, will be based primarily in the firm's Red Bank office. Mietlicki specializes in complex commercial litigation and business counseling. His practice covers a range of matters, including corporate governance, shareholder and partnership disputes, breach-of-contract claims, intellectual property litigation, and commercial torts.

Kimberly Diaz and Serene N. Hozien, both associates, have also joined the Little Falls office. Diaz, following her judicial clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey, brings a wealth of experience in both the Family and Civil Divisions. She earned her J.D. from Widener University Commonwealth Law School. Hozien, after serving as a clerk for the Honorable Peter J. Tober in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Somerset County, holds a J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.

Scarinci Hollenbeck, LLC, has seen a series of strategic hires since May. In the spring, the firm welcomed four attorneys. In June, an eight-attorney team led by Mark A. Tabakin joined the firm. August brought an expansion of the Litigation Group. This month's additions bring the total number of new hires to 20 in four months.
