Scancell Holdings plc (AIM: SCLP), a late-stage clinical biotechnology company focused on developing active immunotherapies for difficult-to-treat cancers, will present at the H.C. Wainwright 28th Annual Global Investment Conference. The presentation is scheduled for September 16, 2026, at 11:30 AM Eastern Time.

The conference, which will take place from September 14 to 16, 2026, is a significant event in the investment community, offering Scancell an opportunity to engage with a wide array of potential investors. Interested investors can request in-person meetings with Scancell’s management during the event. A webcast of the presentation will also be available on Scancell’s corporate website, with a replay accessible for approximately 90 days.

Scancell is advancing several immunotherapy candidates designed to enhance the body’s immune response against cancer. The company’s lead product, iSCIB1+, is a DNA ImmunoBody® that has shown favorable safety and clinically meaningful activity in a Phase 1 trial as a monotherapy and in a Phase 2 trial in combination with checkpoint therapies for patients with melanoma. Another candidate, Modi-1, a Moditope peptide, is currently being evaluated in a Phase 2 study for head and neck and renal cancers. Additionally, Scancell is developing a pipeline of high-affinity GlyMab® antibodies targeting specific tumor glycans, with two of these candidates licensed to Genmab A/S, a global leader in antibody therapeutics.

During the presentation, Scancell plans to discuss the progress of its clinical programs, including the Phase 3 registrational trial of iSCIB1+ in advanced melanoma and the ongoing Phase 2 monotherapy trial in patients with neo/adjuvant melanoma. The company will also provide updates on the regulatory and commercial development of its product candidates.

Scancell is also preparing for a significant business event. The company, along with Neuphoria Therapeutics Inc., intends to file a Registration Statement on Form F-4 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) containing a preliminary proxy statement of Neuphoria and a preliminary prospectus of Scancell. Following the SEC’s declaration of the Registration Statement as effective, Neuphoria will distribute a definitive proxy statement/prospectus related to the proposed business combination to its stockholders.

Both Scancell and Neuphoria’s management will be involved in soliciting proxies from Neuphoria’s stockholders, and their directors and executive officers are listed as participants. The definitive proxy statement/prospectus for the business combination will be available to Neuphoria’s stockholders when it becomes available.

Scancell cautions that forward-looking statements in the press release, including expectations regarding the clinical benefits and availability of its product candidates, are subject to risks and uncertainties. These include potential disruptions due to worsening macroeconomic conditions, regulatory challenges, and competition. The company also warns that the success of the business combination with Neuphoria is subject to stockholder approval, financing, and other conditions.

Investors and interested parties are encouraged to review the preliminary proxy statement/prospectus and the amendments thereto, as well as the definitive proxy statement/prospectus when available, for more detailed information about Scancell and the proposed business combination.
