Scalare Partners Invests in Auric Scent Technology Company

Scalare Partners, an Australian technology investment and ecosystem platform, has made a strategic investment in Auric, a Sydney-based company developing an AI-powered Scent Intelligence™ platform. This move is part of Scalare's broader mission to support early-stage technology companies in Australia, providing them with capital, infrastructure, and access to a network of investors, customers, and advisers.

Auric, founded by Adam Good and Alex Cutri, is building a Scent Intelligence™ platform that combines connected hardware, physical AI, software, and therapeutic scent to create intelligent, personalized environments for homes and workplaces. The company has recently completed the development and manufacturing of its first commercial Auric Aromasphere device, which is now being deployed across Australia.

The investment in Auric by Scalare Partners is not material to the latter, and the terms of the deal have not been disclosed. However, the partnership brings Auric a significant boost, as it now has access to the resources and support of an established technology ecosystem. Additionally, Auric has established the Auric Scent Lab at Tank Stream Labs' Merchant House location at 333 Kent Street, Sydney. This dedicated facility will serve as a production and demonstration environment, enabling Auric to scale its operations and accelerate the commercial development of its Scent Intelligence platform.

Auric has previously received backing from global venture platform Antler and the Sputnik ATX Summer 2025 cohort. The addition of Scalare's institutional backing and the physical base within Tank Stream Labs' technology community will further enhance Auric's growth prospects. Carolyn Breeze, CEO of Scalare Partners, highlighted the importance of providing early-stage technology companies with more than just capital.
